Airtel,dis-satisfied with the 3G network of Airtel

I was dis-satisfied with the 3G network of Airtel and hence logged a complaint with them. They sent an engineer who came to my place to gather the details. He sent that data to hi RF team who confirmed that there is issue in network in my area and that they will take 2 months to rectify it. As a result I started looking out for other options. At that point of time Airtel came to my office offering 4G cards at Rs.1500. So I called the sales person at my residence and purchased the 4G data card. Now the 4G data card was suddenly disconnected by Airtel without prior notice , because address verification failed as per their records. I work in the night shift and hence I am not available at home [ rather sleeping at home ] between 10am and 4pm. I had to make 7 calls to Airtel to explain this, however it did not work and finally I have decided to take up some other companies 4G card.

I want Airtel reimburse the 4G data card money.I am ok to go to other vendor who would value the customer more than their personnel’s time only. When will people in India understand that individuals who work in night shift should not be disturbed. We all work 24×7 so we need to understand the customer convenience and comfort.
