I, Maneesha John had took Bharti Airtel Mobile connection on 29/07/2013 on the number 990120316X from Mathikere, Bangalore. The sim was activated on 01/08/2013 after my third visit to the shop. But till now I am not able to recieve any incoming calls. I complained to Mr. Chetan on 02/08/2013 and he didn’t take any action after which I went to the shop with my complaint. They spoke to the nodal officer and told me that there is some technical issue and I have to wait till 07/08/2013 07.00 PM. I waited till 07.30 PM and then I went to the shop for which they told me to wait again for 1 hr. Then I complained to Mr. Chetan and Mr. Dayanandh who actually don’t know what happened to my sim. They reply me that there is no problem with my connection. I am really unhappy with airtel.Still now I am not able to receive any calls or messages to this number.
