Customer Relationship No./ Account No. – 943339 I am writing this letter/email in order to bring to your notice the extremely incompetent services provided by You Broadband and the tremendous inconvenience that has been caused to me because of the same. I had applied for a new broadband connection on 4th July, 2013 after being referred to your services by a relative. I opted for the 10MBPS ‘SP YOU TRIDENT PLUS 27 GB 3 Months’. I received a call from a representative named Mr. Sunil from your end who informed that my documents would be collected at the earliest. The very next day i.e. Friday 5th July, 2013 in spite of having asked him to come after 10am, he reached my house at 9 am and collected the documents and a Cheque worth Rs. 2972. I was informed that my internet would be active by Monday. Right from Monday till Thursday I was forced to call up your call center as well as your Ahmedabad Office requesting to complete the formalities at the earliest. However, I continuously received highly unprofessional and careless responses. I had requested the connection personnel to reach my house after 5pm on Monday because of which I took a half day at work. But, I received a call at 3pm stating that my house is shut. Such sheer disregard for the request of the Customer started getting me worried. Nevertheless I kept calling again and again requesting them to come and get the wiring and connection done. After repeated calls to Mr. Sunil as well as one representative Mr. Krishna, I still got no service from your end what so ever. Finally after not even getting any response in spite of repeated requests registered with your Call Center, I started calling your Ahmedabad office. There again I was repeatedly told that my connection would be done at the earliest and I was informed that I would receive a call-back within 15 minutes. However, no one would ever revert. When I would call again, the representatives would not pick up my calls and even go to the extent of cutting my calls all this after already having taken money from me and having encashed my cheque. Further, a representative from your Ahmedabad office who refused to disclose her name went a step further in incompetence. When I questioned as to why I am not receiving a call back, she told me that as I do not have any answer to your query there is no point in calling you back. Shocked and aggrieved by such unprofessional behaviour, I requested for a refund of my amount. On Tuesday i.e. 9th July, 2013, upon making a request for refund, Mr. Sunil informed me that you shall have to pay a visit in person to our office and talk to Mr. Javed about it. Again, after numerous calls, I got no response, neither from your customer care helpline nor your Ahmedabad Office. Finally, when I got to talk to a representative after so much of mental agony, I was told that refund is a very long process and instead you just wait for a day and your connection will be done. please ensure that they provide my entire refund of 2972 rupees..because they have not provided any services what so ever..along with any other relief that may be applicable..
