I had done 2 bookings for flights tickets through Via.com for which I paid 16006. The reference number for my bookings are FMN0OVH633K & FMN0OVIRGSQ. The flight got cancelled and they had to pay the reund for the same. Its been over 10 months and I still haven’t got the refund from Via.com even after following up regularly with them. On 12th January 2013 I also spoke to Nusrath Fathima (Call Center) and she had also told me that the refund will be processed in 30 days however it is still under pending status.

I just want them to refund the amount
