Dear Sir/Madam I had submit my phone(GT-S5830OKIINS) to samsung service center for repairing purpose on 04/07/2013 having job sheet no. 4154852740.

When i am going to receive my phone i found my phone to be in dead state and they again submitted my phone for further repairing.

So,now i want my phone to be replaced or if they want to give me that phone back they give me assurance that if my phone got the same problem in future they give me service for that without any cost after warranty also. Regards Sumit Kumar Agarwal 8446555993
