Indiatimes Online Shopping, worst service from customer service

I ordered Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos S6802 (Chic White) MOBILE PHONE from indiatimes shopping on 9th july 2013 with the Order No. 3002497538 and paid for the same via my SBI debit card expected shipping date for the phone was 12th july 2013. but the product has not been shipped yet the service level agreement for the same order was 17th july 2013 as SLA period has already beem over, even after repeated attempts of contacting the site numbers and writing complain via Email and chat the customer service representative are still not providing any details for the shipment of product neither they are offering immediate refund for the same
