Woods incorporation run retail store with brand name Royal Oak. They sold me a recliner sofa on 14 Apr 2012 worth Rs. 79000/- claiming that it was leather. 1. Royal Oak has sold the recliner sofa of sub-standard quality. 2. Repeated phonecalls and personal visit has not yielded any result. 2. They have refused to replace it claiming that warranty is over. 3. They have refused to repair it claiming that it is out of warranty.

I want the recliner sofa to be replaced with the same quality of product with leather upholstery.
