Since 7th July my BIG TV is not working and i have lodged the complaint with complaint nos as follows: 205812266 205848473 205640531 205584195 205480610 206157809 205920196 Every time customer care assured that, technician will be visiting within 48 hours to solve the issue but none of the time any technician neither visited nor even contacted me, and after 48 hours of above mentioned complaint number, I am receiving SMS of the closure of every request with quote as problem solved, without the visit of your technician.

It has created mental harassment after so many complaint when technician from BIG TV did not turned i have called private technician who has charged Rs. 500 and replaced the instrument kept above the disc after that error signal change from Error 400 to Master card error.

I want to change the BIG TV with other DTH with three month subscription which i have paid to BIG TV and the amount which i have paid to private technician.Total will cost Rs.3000 Approx.
