had purchased a “Phillips home theater (DSP2600)” , Order Number :20130712044301 via StarCJ Hotline on the 12-07-2013. I received the product on the following Monday only to find that its not working. I called to the customer care number and they assured me to send a technical expert within two days. but according to the technical expert, product is defective and cannot be repaired so needs to be replaced. After making request for product replacement on star cj alive customer care number,I’vent received any intimation from the company till the date. Kindly look into this matter and take necessary steps.
