respected sir , i want to take new reliance broadband connection at bikaner my residential adress is near tannot mata temple tilak nager bikaner -i have contacted reliance broadband customer care nd registered for new connection at saturaday 1 am 19july around but after three days no response feedbacked .at 22 july i have contacted reliance communications bikaner -their a guard said that no broadband connection here – i requested him that to meet some official person of reliance communication then a person came and again he refused that no broadband available in bikaner by the customare care he told broadband available at bikaner . sir plz clarify that broadband available or not -if not then clarify why reliance is not provide facility .is this is according as TRAI rule ????? is a sevice povider have monopoly that either that provider provide that (broadband facility)facility or not ??????? thanks date DEEPAK SONI BIKANER 9261697168 22-7-13 tannot mata temple tilak nager bikaner
