I am R Silammbarasan from chennai. I ordered a mobile phone from KAUNSA.COM , Samsung galaxy s3 amount rs 22365. Item Code : MOB/MOB/SAM/90444 & Order No ; KA/43358/T7C0QBRJ . on 22/7/2013 through debit card .

Kaunsa.Com promised delivery date is 06/08/2013 but i am not received mobile till date 21/08/2013 lot of time i am trying cancel this order directly to kaunsa customer care no and emails but no response i do not like this company .

This is very very bad experience. So please help cancel this order and refund my money . I want full amount Rs22,365

Please help me in this Regard.
