i had bought nokia mobile 5310 as on date 20/1/09 with IMIE NO.-356870023425578 . Mobile is in warrenty period for one year.Due to bad pixel and poor incoming quality of mobile which symptons defined by nokia care yamunanagar on date 30/10/09,nokia care decieded to send the mobile for repair or replacement to delhi and promised to return the mobile with in twenty days. nokia care informed me after twenty days (20/11/09) company office at delhi has decieded to replace the mobile by new one and after five to six days i can collect the same from nokia care. But now under the replacement nokia care yamunanagar is giving me the mobile by doing frod on its own level which is older and not even the condition to operate.

so please care the whole issue and help me to get such mobile which is in good condition with new IMIE number or else i am happy with older mobile for satisfaction.
