I would like Lenovo Support to help me with this issue here, Lenovo K900 went dead in a day and DOA certificate was not provided since your Rohini service center is saying that same is not required as per Lenovo’s new policy. Their Job sheet attached.

Mr. Balvinder singh provided me Job sheet for the device and DOA was not provided since they said Lenovo will not request the same. I would request Lenovo if they can verify this and contact India times shopping for the same and keep me in the loop.
Alternately: I think this can be resolved if My case manager tries to speak to Lenovo and Mr. Balvinder singh on the provided details.
I need Lenovo to generate an complaint ID for the same, so this communication is traceable.
