I am a subscriber of Dolphin – 986880190. Kindly refer my earlier PG Cases vide No. DOTEL/E/2012/07086 and DOTEL/E/2012/24430. I have received two bills as – (i) Bill Dated 07-11-2012, bill No. 172415548 and (ii) Bill Dated 07-12-2012 Bill No 606563. Both these bill contain charges of RS. 570/= and Rs. 150/= as GSM SMS Content. Vide my complaint 24430 as above my complaint has not been accepted. Kindly go through my PG complaint vide 07086 as above where by it was clearly mentioned that the said service has been deactivated on 31-05-2012.How a service which is already deactivated can be used. Kindly take corrective action and delete the illegal charges and issue the modified bill and not compel me to approach the CVS for the mistake of some other service provider.
