Dear sir
1. I have recharged my prepaid connection on 11 Dec 09 for Rs 150/. On 12 dec 09 i have traveled to delhi and received few call while roaming and used internet browsing for which i have been charged Rs 09/- as per your SMS. Today on 13 dec 09 evening I received a call from pune and when i enquired the balance to my horror i found that now only Rs 25/- is left, whereas my calculation says at least Rs 100/- to be left.
2. You are requested to verify and correct the balance and please inform me if my calculation is wrong.My information is based on call log in as per my mobile.
