One of my purchases through the credit card no. 5546232902174779 was converted into EMI. Even after making all the payment regularly ontine I was charged for delayed payment, late fee and interest. The logic given was that the EMI account is different from the Card Account and hence all the online payment made to the card are not considered and only after my request that payment was transferred to the credit card account. I am using similar facility with HDFC Bank but not facing any problem as I have to make the payment towards the card number only. Request your assistance in getting all the extra money paid to be refunded. thanks regards Thakur
