Dear Sir/Madam, We have installed an Airtel booster (network antenna) in our office and we have at least 40 to 50 Airtel connections. We are not getting Airtel connectivity / range in our office for last 25 to 30 days. We have called many times to customer care and nodal officer but they always forward my call from one bench to another. And if someone able to talk to us sometime, he disconnects my call as I explain my problem of Airtel booster. Many times they forward my call to their seniors but I think seniors are either just for the names or they always sleep. This Connectivity problem is impacting our business and personal life too much. We would request you to please send your engineer very soon here in our office, Morphogenesis, N-85 B, Panchsheel Park (near panchsheel club), New Delhi-110017, to solve this problem otherwise; we would have just one option MNP.
