HDFC Life Insurance – poor service last seven months not any body reply on right way

I have taken a policy of HDFC Life from HDFC Bank Anand Vihar branch. my policy no is 15582880 and given this policy by branch manager mrs sarika khanna. which time given this policy branch manager was saying it is single premium policy and you can withdraw this amount any time but if you will withdraw this amount after five year then you can take five lakh. at a time I have cleared to branch manager it is single premium or not then she was saying I am saying it is single premium policy and also you have a option you can withdraw this amount any time then I have sign on proposal form but that time I am not given any cheque regarding policy. after two hours one lakh amount to be deduct on my saving account then I have call to branch manager then she says you have sign on demand draft form and when you have sign on dd form then not required any self cheque. now when I have received policy docs then I am very socked becoz its not any single word match with branch manager’s language then I am try to talk with branch manager and she was not pick my phone. some time his phone pick another person and she says madam is in meeting or she is busy this time then I have written complainant given in SLIC branch and company is saying it is not missals and you have not cancelled this policy in look-in-period. so now this policy can not you have withdraw then I have send a mail on SLIC grievance team on before ten days but till time not any response and not any revert by that side

Return my money with respective bank interest rate.
