MICROMAX A110 TOUCH SCREEN FAULTY – No Customer SErvice

On 2.9.13 i had purchased micromax A110, in march 2013,within 3 months,the handset developed touch screen/display problem,on which i approached the authorised service centre,(m/s khemani enterprise)in surat. after depositing my micromax A110 on 31.07.2013(job sheet no-W010298-0713-4721849),I was told by the service centre people that,it would take 15-20 days to replace the faulty touchscreen with the new one.ON 19.08.2013 I went to the service centre to enquire the status of my handset,on which with very casual attitude they said its not resolved because they are out of touch screen stock,so i asked when i would get my handset they said we can not give you confirm date,since the company (MICROMAX )is not forwarding us the required stock and they are out of stock.so i asked the company by calling the toll number that, do you have any stipulated time within which the handset has to be repaired,on which they said,we can not say that we dont know about it,and they said it will take 10 more days to resolve the issue,then again on 24.8.2013 i called the company toll number (as the service centre were having fixed answer that we havent received the stock yet to my surprise),they again extended time from 10 days to 20 days, to my shock that means till date 2.9.2013 i havent yet received my handset,also when i asked the company call centre attendant, that if during the process of repairing any damages incur to my cell who is going to take the responsibility, they without any shame said, [(sir you will have to bear if any scratch or so takes place)]

i simple want the company/service centre to either compensate by paying the full money and keep the handset with you,such careless the service providers are .i hope i am heard. Sir, 2nd letter 6.9.13 with regard to my letter dated on 2.9.2013 to the micromax company’s email .and m/s khemani enterprises authorised service centre in surat. On 5.9.13,i called to the company call centre(18605008286) to enquire regarding the latest status of my handset a110 (m-imei: 911239258513011) (s-imei:911239258615014). I was told,sir it will take another 20 days from 26.8.13, then later ,on the same day i called at (m/s khemani enterprises in surat). The authorised service centre .they said sir your handset has been resolved please come and collect,(as i did not receive any sms regarding the same),so today on 6.9.13 at 2.00 pm,i collected,and as the handset battery was totally down and they weren’t having charger, so i could not check whether they have truly solved the faulty touch screen/display so, after coming back to my place when i connected the handset with charger to my surprise the fault was not rectified , and after again confirming with the company’s call centre i came to know that,m/s khemani enterprise has closed down their services and they had not actually solved the problem ,and just returned my handset ,so this is a clear case of duping the costumer , and it’s a fraudulent act by the authorised servie centre . So,i would like to know ,can my handset be ever solved,and if yes,then within how many days, as i have already with patience waited for 35 days so again with new jobsheet at the new service centre how many days i will have to wait.

Now,i don’t want to wait for another more then 7 days to solve the faulty touchscreen/display (the alphabets h and b not working) 3rd letter 11.9.13 sir, with reference to my letter dated 6..9.2013, as per my earlier communication ,i am sure after going through it ,you must have come to know the issue and still till date i have not received my handset. As i am running out of patience,and i do not want to wait any further,since i feel being cheated from all the quarters. So, please let me know the procedure to surrender my handset,as the purchase was done through infibeam and i hope at least from your side i get satisfied reply/service. Pay me full refund or replace me with the new handset.(micromax a 110 canvas 2).and, also i want full compensation for my traveling expenses which i had to incur,to go number of times for inquiring about my handset,along with the paid phone charges at the micromax toll number and other numbers for being put on long wait,which amounts to 1000/-rs. And the loss of my time,business,energy,mental stress/agony.who is going to reciprocate for this?? Waiting for your reply. Thanking you. Sagar.-9327667756.
