On 5th June 13 email confirmation of below mentioned plan was sent to Ms Arpita Jaiswal. Plan code : USDTH300313 Rental Fees : $30 Usage : 1 GB Overage Charge : $0.05 Plan Validity : 15 days When the bill was generated total data usage is 0.468 GB and Rs 26783.31 for data services has been charged.

A complaint was filed with Matrix on the issue. Matrix sent a email on 2nd july 13 stating that matter is under investigation and they will require 3 to 4 working days to resolve issue. On 3rd july 13 Matrix charged Rs 39273.42 on my credit card. Complaint- 1.Wrong billing 2.If the case is under review, how can Matrix charge the disputed amount.

Matrix should be punished for illegal activities.
