I am getting 500kbps download & somtimes 0 kbps upload speed on 3G network.I logged a complaint 51667955 and I am asking them on mail if my complaint is closed and date of closure but no one is explaining me about my complaint. Somtimes they call me and say that’s the max speed I can get on 3G network. If its closed when was it closed, please provide me data and time. 2) How much is minimum data speed a customer should be getting on 3G network. 3) In your response you have mentioned that your network engineers surveyed the site, please let me know data and time when engineer surveyed the site and the address where he surveyed. 4) If you have some infrastructure issue why should a customer suffer / pay for it. As I am getting upload speed of 0kbps at time while making online payments at times Transaction fails off, I am afraid I might undergo Financial loss because of this. At times I work from home and due to connectivity issue my manager thinks I am giving excuse and this may impact my career.
I want proper network speed else no payment.
