Tata Indicom – Unsrcupulously deducting balance,assuring to refund and not refunding

I had activated Rs 26, 250MB internet plan (for 7 days) on 26th July 2013. On 1st Aug,2013 I did a special top up of Rs 222. My Balance was then about 232 Rs. On 2nd Aug 2013, I received a message at 907 Am from Docomo (TA-NXLDAT) that my data plan will expire in 1 day . So I continued to use the internet till 11:30 pm on that day. In between browsing my internet connection got severed many times.Every time the connection ended a message popped up in my mobile Data Session Charge Rs 0. Balance 232.Volume of Data Consumed, Free Data left etc. The free data amount was getting reduced every time. But on the next day i.e Aug 3,2013 When I checked my balance it was only Rs.142.71 Rs. I was shocked and called the customer care executive at 9.30 Am (pls note: Tata docomo customer care executive can be connected only once in 24hrs from a docomo connection. Its very unfortunate) I told the executive my issue. He replied that my data pack had ended on 1st Aug,2013 and browsing charges were levied at 10ps/10kb and I had used some 90MB. I asked him to connect me to his manager. I talked to the manager and he agreed to refund my amount and assured that I will get the refund after some time. I waited till 6:30 pm, but did nt get any refund. So,I called the customer care from another Docomo connection at 6.30 pm. Some other executive was on-line and he responded that my complaint has been registered. When I asked about the refund, he told me to wait for 4 hrs. But till now nothing has been refunded. I had tried to register a complaint in their website (www.tatadocomo.com in Complaints&Compliments link), but I found that both the complaint page and the popup for rating the service in the webpage does nt work. It was very disappointing. Had I not received the wrong SMS from the Docomo and had I not been shown the wrong popup after my every browsing session (that data session charges :0 Rs), I would have definitely recharged my internet pack again before browsing. I was not a fool to lose Rs 90 for browsing just 90MB data when I could have got 1GB data pack for 95 Rs. Not only my balance was deducted unscrupulously but also the customer care executives have deceived me twice by assuring me of the refund. On the next day, I had called from my two Docomo numbers to the customer care but there was absolutely no response from the customer care executive even after picking up my call. When I told that I had called twice regarding the issue yesterday, they simply did not speak for some time (I could hear all the background noises) and then put the phone on mute mode and disconnected after sometime. I am very much disappointed with Docomo and their customer care services. I have lost my peace of mind,time and energy using this connection. This is a clear case of deceiving the customer.

I want a full refund of the amount deducted and also want the assurance that from now on the messages send to the customers will be accurate and reliable.
