ordered karbonn kc 540 on 7th June 2013 and delivery date is 23 June 2013 from www.Kaunsa.com. After 23 June 2013 i called to customer care and they told to me that product is not available now. and we will send you a Voucher for another order of same Amount. Then i purchased for 2nd Order of Karbonn IC 750 and pay extra 141 Rs. & Delivery date is 18th July 2013 but till Today No Information about Courier or any Action by the website. Today date is 04 aug 2013 and Order id is -129545 and my E-Mail id is -alekhsaxena@yahoo.co.in and my Mobile no. is -07417402751.It is totally fake website. If they have service on time then then why they are not give on time on Delivery and why they showing on their website if Products are not available. Please do the Need full. And i call to customer care. they are not giving any useful Answer & hold also for sometime. I Also submit my complaint to Akosha.com for solving this problem. Please Refund my Money from this website doesn’t want any product from this website.
