I talk to reliance big tv help line customer care executive on dt: 10 july 2013 for issue of Zee Classic channel voice down related , he try to some technically solution but same issue continue , my other channels are properly voice , so he want to visit service eng and he want to paid service charges Rs. 175/- , I ask to how can I paid this charges due to your end issue not our end , so he ask you not paid this charges I could not send service eng. ( always this type issue time require charges ) pl help us

I send mail three time to customercare reliance but till date no any reply from reliance side. this type of issue not only my end almost user this issue face out.
