1. RS.16,100/- was paid to CRISIL on 26/6/2013 2. Date of letter with enclosed certificate was July 24, 2013; however, date of certificate was June 28, 2013 signed by Roopa Kudva 3. Complained that certificate date was not in compliance with Consumer Protection Act, 1986 on July 26, 2013 4. Further complained on July 27, 2013 that the report date was not in compliance with Consumer Protection Act 1986, and that there were several factual errors in CRISIL’s report. These factual errors resulted in serious mis-assessments and ratings. Consequently, in the same e-mail, asked for a full refund of Rs. 16,100/- 5. CRISIL replied that on the matter on the date, the CRISIL SME Ratings was “in talks with their seniors and shall revert the same” by Monday, July 29, 2013 6. I further elaborated on July 27 evening e-mail as why the conclusions of the CRISIL report was invalid. 7. CRISIL replied on 30th July that the date was “being taken up at a senior level” and they will “soon revert on the same”. 8. No further communication has been received from CRISIL as of 6/8/2013. 9.
