I was in Bangalore and I have signed up with Y-Axis, Bangalore on September 30, 2011 by paying an amount of Rs. 56,100/- after signing the terms of service agreement where information related to service deliverables & refund clauses were clearly updated. The basic requirement for CANADA PR as follows: a. I am required to score IELTS b. I am required to secure 7 Lakhs funds c. That time the CAP was already opened and many applications filled. 3. My application is transferred to Hyderabad office for processing. As the CAP is opened already, I have to travel Hyderabad & approach Y-axis personally to get clarifications. I had applied IELTS, fresh passport and struggled a lot for funds. 4. On 14 Dec 2013, when the CAP is about to close the Y-axis manager had called me and intimated to submit the application immediately without “university transcripts”. He had informed that those are not mandatory for CANADA. I am surprised with his words as I have wasted one month of valuable time for transcripts. 7.
