== Complaint against Kolte Patil Developer,Pune for delayed in posession. We are looking for the justice for getting the ” Compensation due to delayed in possession” from KoltePatil developers, Pune. 1. We have booked two flats ( A-902,A-904) at Green Olive Venture on 01-Aug-2011,Kolte Patil developer , Hinjewadi ,Phase-I , Pune. 2. As per the Agreement the possession date was December-2012 , but till date builder has not got the completion letter and has not given the possession. 3. Since Jan-2013 ,Every week they are giving the false commitment about the possession and buying the time. 4. As per the builders demand We have already paid full amount towards the property , The full EMI of Home loan is already started from Jan-2013. 5. The overall Loss due to delayed in possession from Jan-2013 till Aug-2013 is around 1,00,000 ( 1 Lakh) . 6. We have asked for the compensation as an equivalent by cash refund i.e. 1 Lakh or equivalent fitting/fixture/modification but builder has straight away refused it . 7. Despite of regular followup email,phone call and meeting they have not taken any action towards the possession and compensation. 8. For the Early possession they are asking 25,000/- as security deposit and offering the possession without completion letter which is totally illegal. 9. We are financially overburdon since we have paid all the amount and there is no return from this property. Till date the compensation due to delayed in possessions is not been considered. We expect the immediate action against this builder and want to get the possession with proper compensation.

We want the REFUND as an compensation towards delayed in possession from Jan-2013 till Aug-2013 8 months Expected rent from this property :- 15000×8 = 1,20,000/- Full EMI started from Jan-2013 , Only interest part is 25000×8=2,00,000/- OR Equivalent amount of Fitting and Fixtures into the apartment.
