airtel is doing non genuine things : 1) they auto deduct the balance when internet pack is over from main balance,as per me these two things should charged seperately ams once balance is over than other account should not be utilised 1) airtel charge a particular amount for activating hello tune but for more than couple of minutes they play there advertisment ,why should we pay for that

i have lost more than 5 thousand as i use i phone in which internet consumption is more, and the minute my net pack discharge my whole mail aacount balance get deducted
