Dear Sir, I ordered a Nokia C5-00 mobile set from kaunsa.com (Order No.-134406) on 15th June, 2013 worth Rs.7293 via Debit Card. 21 days later I’m being told that the item is out of stock and I’d be refunded the total amount of Rs.7293 to my original mode of payment within 15 days.However, more than 40 days have passed I haven’t received the refund yet. Upon contacting they always give various excuses and say it’d be refunded in net few days.I’m feeling highly frustrated. I looked on the internet and found that this company has multiple complaints of similar type.

I want you to direct kaunsa.com to refund me back Rs.7293 + Rs.2000 as a compensation immediately. Also check similar fraudulent activities being carried out by this company.
