1- I booked the flat and paid the required booking amount and 20% respectively. 2- I have been directed to the available bankers who are sponsors for this project. 3- I elected state bank of india SBI (nationalized banker) as my preferred banker accordingly builder diverted me to nearest SBI Vengalrao Ngr Branch. 4- SBI approved my loan based on my documentation. 5- I furnish my preapproved loan copy to builder. 6- SBI officer investigate the lodha builders property and found lack of legal GHMC approvals for my inventory. 7- SBI and myself requested for the required legal document to disburse my preapproved loan. 8- Builders back office people started giving false commitment on date in which they expect the GHMC approval for my inventory most of the time not responding to mails/calls when ask on GHMC approvals. 9- SBI hold my preapproval loan due to lack of legal document 10- SBI disbursed my preapproved loan the moment builder received the GHMC approval. 11- Now builder change his communication and threating me for the interest amount @ 18% compound interest is due on me on the delay happen from builder side on not furnishing the required legal document on time to SBI. 12- Providing required legal document on time to the nationalized bankers is responsibility of builder and it fails and delay happen. 13- I am not responsible for this unforeseen delay and situation on not having GHMC approval for my inventory and builder is sole responsible for this. 14- Providing required legal documentaion timely documentaion is sole responsibility of the seller’s continues to be the seller’s obligation. 15- I am not liable to pay any interest and builder must pay me interest of 18% on my 20% amount till date for selling and constructing illegal inventory and not providing required legal document GHMC approval on time to SBI. 16- Builders back office people started giving threats over phone/mail/letters to my and my old parents.
1- Close my issue as earliest. 2- Must pay compensation on my issue to me and my old parents.
