Samsung Mobile Customer Care not Responding

On 23rd of sep i purchased Samsung Galaxy mobile . from the day onwards i am calling samsung customer care to help me regarding surfing net on Laptop using above mentioned Mobile as a modem . i called them more then 10 times . but they didn’t resolved my issues . daily they used to tell me a new kahani , but no one is interested in solving my issue . later on they given me a complaint Id No 8457917757 . but nothing resolved and on return call they told me to be on line and then call them . Today one hour back i call them and told them the complete episode . but they didn’t solve my problem and started a different kahani . today Mr , sagar attended my call and he refused to lodge any complaint and didn’t solve my matter , later on he disconnected my call .

I requested him to send a technician from their local repair centre to solve my problem . but no one is ready to cooperate . it seems that we hadn’t purchased the cell , company has provided it free to us . What sud we ppls do , where we sud go to resolve our problems . is Consumer court is last option left for we ppls , any one please guide me . MY cell no is 9419161217 and Land line is 01992274188 .
