I ordered Apple Earpods from shopclues “http://www.shopclues.com/apple-iphone-5-4-4s-ipad-ipod-earpods-with-remote-and-mic-handfree-headphones.html” (Order number 5457023) on the product description of it is written that the product is 100% genuine and the brand name wirtten is APPLE. After clarifying these things only i ordered the product thinking that these will be original product of apple. But when i received the product the packing was same as of original Apple product but the product was fake i.e it was a copy of the original APPLE EARPODS. So i contacted them and told my problem.Firstly they denied and said that the product is original and they would not return it. After that i insisted them and told them the differences between the original and fake (that they sent) so they agreed and filed my return request with the ticket number 387090 and told me to send the images stating the difference between the original product and the product sent by them (http://postimg.org/gallery/5pm4afn8/) but now they are saying that the “As per the merchant the product that is delivered is that same that is mentioned on the website. Unfortunately he will not be able to accept the return of the product.” So, please do something i want to return the product and want my money back.
