I’ve BSNL Broadband connection on 0891-2520184 i.e., H500C, and the connection gets disconnected very frequently, and there was no action in this regard despite several complaints to the authorities.
I’ve free download from 02-00 to 08-00 Hrs., and during this time, the connection gets disconnected even for five minutes duration some times. Due to frequent disconnections, my IP address is getting changed, and I’m forced to re-login into the sites to download, and some downloads are restarting from the beginning, which has become a very big problem.
Pl, take immediate action to solve the problem.
