Aquapure’s Water purifier – Poor Product Service

Dear Sir/Mam, I have bought Aquapure’s Water purifier (Nanopure Model)on February 2013. Every month I was logging complaint for general services through their tollfree no. but compalint was never attended immediately atleast in a day or two. Every time I need to give reminder and get the updates on my launched complaint. But the last complaint launched (Complaint No: 25770) during the month of June 2013 is still not resolved yet even after several reminders. I request you to do the needful. Regards, Karthik. V

I would like to get compensation for the stress given to me by the seller becasue of several reminders, still complaint not resolved. Also I would like to get clear confirmation from the seller that hereafter as soon as the complaint is looged, it must be attended and closed in a day or two.
