I bought bajaj CX8 gas stove from snapdeal. From the first day I found it is having problem with bigger burner. It is leaking or making some sound. Sometime the fire spreads in the whole burner. I am complaining about this for the past 2 months. everyday I call but no one listens. Customer care says we are esclating the issue but still it is not resolved. None of the technician even visited. My previous address at which it had been delivered is: Flat no. G1,vivia apartment,6th cross,venkatdri layout behind apollo hospitals,bannerghatta road I have shifted from there.

I want to replace the model. Plus, I am frustrated for the past 2 months. spending my money daily for calling customer care so some financial compensation as well.
