my name is dhruv living in goyal dairy dwarka sec-19 on 2/8/2013 i have booked for two new electricity connection to BSES Rajdhani power ltd in Najafgarh zone .on 8/8/2013 BSES rajdhani power marketing excutive collected all document from my home.after one week when i call back to customer care no now customer care agent told me your application is not offloaded kindly personaly visit to najafgarh bses rajdhani power office .counter no 4 sitting staff told me your application is cancelled but no reason told me why is cancelled .according to me all my document is ok but there is no response from thier side .more then 50 time i call back to cusmtomer care but there is no response from their side .kindly take action as soon as possible
