Washing Machine not working. Had logged a complaint last month also stating that machine stops while running, however was closed stating that there was no issue. This time the machine did not start and engineer visited and spoke to complaints manager also, the complaint was to be kept open and assured to be resolved.However to my surprise when i checked this morning it was already closed without being resolved. I called on the customer care no twice since morning,however system was down. When i called again after a gap of about 2 hrs in the middle of the call the executive puts on hold and the call gets disconnected and no call back. On calling the corporate office in Gurgaon the operator rudely discconects stating it is lunch time and to call after 2pm. The machine is well within warranty which expires on 10nov2013.Complaint no – HR1013000912.

Since it is within warranty, we want the motor/part/machine replaced and no repairs. This is just a dealing tactic by the company to ensure that the warranty period is over and they charge heafty amount for visits/replacements.
