Samsung – Dryer faulty since purchase

Dryer has been faulty since purchase. Complaints has been registered and attended several times but the problem is still persisting.

The machine is under warranty for 2 years. The warranty is about to expire but still problem has not been rectified. The consumer had to spent both time and money to contact the vendor and entertaining service personnel. The problem if not rectified permanently before warranty expiration, the consumer have to pay for visits and spares for the problem which was inherent since the purchase.

Since the problem is persisting from day one of purchase, the product should be considered defective. Even after multiple visits, the problem is still persisting. Hence product must be replaced free of cost.
