I have a tata docomo connection and recharged with Rs 76 which gave 1000 minute talk time in home network. After using 150 minute suddenly found my network showing roaming and above said talk time not working. Several time talked to customer care and they refused to refund.

Approximate 15% of my recharge amount utilized ie. Rs 65 economic damage resulted. No of people hampered due to tata docomo network trouble
