I have ordered Samsung UA32EH6030E LED32″FullHD 3DTV on25/08/2013 and paid Rs28205.After payment i got confirmation from Kaunsa.com that “Your online payment has been received successfully. Your order is being processed and will be delivered on 09/09/2013”.On 9th September when i called they replied with in 4 or 5 working days product will be delivered.But not done so.Now they are saying product will not be delivered due to non availability of stock.I requested to return back my paid amount.They are insisting to take cash vouchers.What ever product i ordered that is still reflecting on their sale board with same offer.Literally they are cheating Public by putting extra discount.

I want my paid money with interest immediately.Kindly help out in this regard as i paid money from credit card if failed to pay on time they will charge 36% interest and charges.
