I ordered Lotto shoes rs 999.00. on 10 oct 2013 from http://www.bagittoday.com And money is deducted from my account but I didn’t get any information about my product. I called on their customer care number but they are telling that money is not received. I didnt get any proper information about my product till date. But here I am attaching the debited money bank statement.

want either my shoes or my deducted amount(999.00)
