I purchased Sail u-va on 27th july 13 ( Reg no- UP 14 CA 1882). Very soon after purchase Car started making some sort of noise at driver’s end,which i have reported to service center shiva motors on my first service which was within a week of purchase of car. The mechanics over there did some adjustment and told me to come later if any problem occurs. Since the problem was still there in the car i handed over the vehicle to the garage considering it a small fault, but it took 7 days from 5th sept to 11th sept for workshop guys to fix the problem, and on 11th sept after pressurizing workshop from higher authorities, i got my car after repairs.During the repair they have opened up most of the forward part of the car including front fenders and dash board and assembled back leaving oil stains here and there which makes me feel now that i have bought some 2nd hand car & even though the problem dose not end here, after driving for few kms, it started again making same noise. Reagrding above issue many mails have been sent to GM Motors but none of them properly replied from GM Motor side, No one is concern about solving the issue. Mechnics at service center were acknowledged the noise and they did some repairs, but during test drive of my car with area sales manager mr. nitin, he simply refused to ack such noise. The issue is not being responded from GM side at all. Car photo is attached where it is very much clear that car does not look one week older than any one.
Thorough Examination of my car in order to eliminate the issue of noise, if found faulty the same to be replaced. Compensation in order to discomfort arrived to me because of no response from GM side. value covering EMI loss of my self during layoff of vehicle at workshop.
