sir i ordered a speaker set of philips from greendust.com ,on 8 september 2013 which has not been delivered yet. when i enquired about my product after 10 days from my order date , they said they have delivered the product. also they are not able give me the details of the person through which they delivered the product.its been long enough time and the executives of the company are saying to wait they will see into the matter but its one month passed and they are not able to give a satisfactory answer.

i want the amount to be refunded or the product to be delivered as soon as possible.
