I purchased a three pieces thong from rediff shopping. but when i received than i see that this item is not match with order item and size also not match with order size. When i call to rediff customer care and from 29-07-2013 upto i am receiving only fake promise from rediff. So please i request you to that please take action and relief me.

I have lost my Rs. 370 for product, Rs. 30 for return courier, phone charges and mentally disturbance.

I want approximate Rs. 250000 from rediff shopping for my all loses
