I recharged my tata sky dth connection No. 1109981017 on 18th Oct ’13 with the amount of Rs. 990 through just recharge it site (Order No. DM00013715973) , Although, my account was debited and my connection not recharged yet while I have trying to contact with the helpdesk team always says there is problem with service provider now they have deducted balance from my account I have not been paid yet. I need my money back or recharge my connection. Their helpdesk team didn’t answer my query and status about this problem since 18th Oct ’13. I request please investigate and help me to refund of my money
