Would like to file a case against Girish Shetty for Fraud and Cheating against a 3W Concepts (Organizer of Spring Zouk’12 from 3-5 Feb, 2012) responsible for not making payments towards the Consultation Charges as agreed via and Agreement duly signed and other cheques, which have bounced periodically. We also have SMS’s and Recorded Voice conversations of the individual making promises to pay the dues partly. (Would furnish all other details soon) Please find the Letter attached herewith issued to Girish Shetty by the Deputy Commissioner, Udupi District (Dr. MT Raju) to organize the event. The total amount towards the consultation charges as per the agreement is between Rs.6.09 Lakhs. However, would also like to press for additional harassment charges against him. The agreement is dated 16th November, 2011. Its been almost 2 years and not a single penny has been paid.

Double the compensation for the harassment caused due to uncouth and constant Lies and Conceit for the last couple of years.
