Wireless Communication – further damaging the phone & making it totally dead & poor service

I had submitted my phone on 26.09.13 at Wireless Communication, Kolkata, the only problem being housing ring partly broken and an app problem that persisted since months.After a lot of follow ups from my and only my end (call logs can be verified) and a lot of misbehavior and threatening from the service centre’s end I received the phone on !5.10.13 which was already 4-6 days delayed as I had received a confirmation from HTC on 7.10.13 that the phone was out on ship from Bangalore and would reach the service centre within next 24 hrs.On receiving the phone on 15th ,to my shock the phone was further more damaged and it wasn’t even switching on.It is then that I was informed after enquiry that my mother board was completely dead.It is then that I refused to collect my phone from the service centre and resubmitted it then and there.Since then I have been reporting my problem to the customer care both over the phone and through e-mails but they stay in vain with almost no replys.Not just this each time I call up the customer care ,every executive asks for an explanation from scratch with no further help and the cycle goes on continuing.

When I saw the phone on 15.10.13,the physical damage had been pulled up to 50% and the phone was completely dead saying that the mother board was completely damaged. I want my phone to be replaced with a new one because my handset had been completely damaged while it was in the Company’s custody.In addition to this I want a compensation of Rs.18,000.00 which I had to invest to buy a new handset for myself as my phone has been in the company’s custody for more than 25 days with no confirmation or help from their end.
