A sharp piece of plastic was found in one of the pizza I had ordered. I brought the pizza to home and while eating the plastic piece stuck in my mouth. It was already late so I could not reach the store on phone. When I went the next day, the store keepers denied that any such thing can happen. The manager was even informed about the same but he didn’t take any particular action regarding the same till date. Rather he asked for the piece which we had kept as proof for whatsoever reasons. I request to take stern steps against the compromising quality of the pizza. I have attached the photos of the pizza along with the plastic and also the photocopy of the bill in the document provided as support for my complaint. Luckily the piece was found in my mouth while chewing. Had it entered into my food pipe the consequences could have been severe. The cost of pizza was of Rs. 395 (excluding taxes)and I threw the entire pizza in the dustbin. I have attached the photos of the pizza along with the plastic and also the photocopy of the bill in the document provided as support for my complaint.

I want severe action to be taken against the store and also want the entire refund of my bill amount along with other compensation amount for providing food materials with foreign materials.
