I ordered some cosmetics online on cosmetix.in. My order number is #004443 & invoice number is #IN004426 from 13-10-2013, a total of six items. On 21-10-2013, I received a parcel in which two items (NAIL COLORS)were missing.I emailed them for the same but there wasnt any satisfactory reply.

I want my missing items back….or just the cost of the same ie: Rs 349 .
