I placed the an order for Lava Iris 458Q phone on 23-09-2013 st shopping.indiatimes.com with Order No. 3002689613.The order was supposed to deliver on 03rd October. But it was not delivered even after 3 weeks. I raised the issue with them and was assigned case Id : 1114400. I was contacted by the courier company who told me that they could not deliver the order due to some problem at their end. I then requested indiatimes to cancel the order and issue refund. They told me that refund could be issued only after they receive the product back from their courier company which may take time. I asked them to issue the refund immediately without waiting for the courier company to send back the product but they declined saying that it is their due procedure. I have been suffering due to sheer negligence and refusal to issue immediate refund without any fault of mine. All my queries are replied to by generic messages saying that case manager assigned to this complaint is diligently working with the respective departments. I request you to take up the issue with shopping.indiatimes.com and ask them to issue immediate refund to me.
